Cancellation Policy

Policy Description: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the session start time will incur a fee of A$50. Thank you for understanding as we strive to provide the best experience for all clients. Connected Service The Wellness Blueprint Workshop Client Booking Rules Cancellations: Clients can cancel their bookings online up to 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the start time) will incur a fee of A$50. Rescheduling: Cancellation and No-Show Fees Free Window: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session are free of charge. Paid Window: Cancellations or no-shows less than 24 hours before a session will be charged A$50. Payment Details Requirement Payment Information: Clients must provide payment information at the time of booking. Payment details will be securely stored for any applicable fees. Group Bookings Maximum number of participants per booking: 5 Additional Notes: To streamline communication, no-show email automation is enabled. Clients will receive an email notification for missed sessions. Taxes on cancellation or no-show fees will be applied in compliance with local regulations. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both clients and our team while maintaining high-quality service standards.
